Payment Policy


The FOMA ENTERTAINMENT Payment Policy applies to all Services offered by/to FOMA ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED or its wholly owned subsidiaries, including ANANIAS EDGAR TV.


Please read this Payment Policy carefully and make sure you understand it. This Payment Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy collectively constitute the “Agreement”. If you do not understand the Agreement, or do not accept any part of it, then you may not use or offer us the Service.


Information that we collect


In addition to the information listed in our Privacy Policy, we may also collect the following:


Registration information – you may be asked to provide the following information: credit or debit card number and card expiry date, bank account details, address, phone number, date of birth, national insurance number or taxpayer identification number (or some other government-issued identification number), and for sellers or businesses specifically, your business category and certain information about your sales or transaction volume. In some cases, we may also ask you to send us additional information or to answer additional questions to help verify your information. 


Information obtained from third parties – We may obtain information about you from third parties, including third-party verification services. This includes information arising from FOMA ENTERTAINMENT Payments transactions at merchant locations, information regarding your use of payment methods and your accounts issued by third parties that are linked to us. We may obtain information about you and your business from a credit bureau, BRELA or a business information service.



Transaction information – We may collect your personal information such as name, email address, address of residence, and birth date. Should you choose to receive payments via ACH or wire, then your bank account information and signature will be collected. You authorize FOMA ENTERTAINMENT to share  your bank account details and personal information with third party service providers for the sole purpose of facilitating payment processing.



There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.


We reserve the right to edit your personal information when necessary in order to facilitate the transaction. For example, when you submit your signature with a background, we can crop or remove that background, or if you are submitting a bank name, we will write it in full. Forexample CRDB-CRDB Bank PLC.


Information that we share – We will only share your personal information with other companies or individuals outside of FOMA ENTERTAINMENT in the following circumstances:


  As necessary to process your transaction and maintain your account, including to provide security improvements and protect your account against fraud.


  • To complete your registration for a service provided by a third party.


  • With your card or other payment method's issuer and payment network, as well as payment processors and other organisations working on their behalf, to ensure the security and validity of the payment method and transactions requested using it.



Deductions/ Taxes – We may retain a Withholding tax when making payments to another person (payee) in respect of goods supplied or services rendered by the payee. We'll notify payee of this deduction via email when the payment is made. We can't advise you on tax matters. For help with your tax situation, consult your tax adviser.


VAT  We currently do not charge our customers a VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX) - 18% upon providing our services, therefore, we'll not demand 18% on our Invoices as a VAT amount; however, we must issue you a legal EFD receipt.


Invoices/Payments Notices – We'll send our customers payment invoices 7 days before. This means, invoices due date will be counted 7 days after the Invoice date.. In addition, we may send payment notices or reminders before or after the due date of invoices.


Customer Statements  – We may send you daily, weekly, or monthly customer statements regarding your payments that you have made to us along with your valid EFD receipt. Upon receipt of these documents, it is your obligation to examine the amount reflected on your customer statement, which should match your EFD receipt. Any discrepancies should be communicated to us immediately. If you fail to do so, then we'll not be liable for any consequences as a result.


SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION   – FOMA ENTERTAINMENT takes your security as our number one priority. We may hide some of your bank details for security reasons when we send your payment notifications.
